Your new intelligent solenoid dosing pump EML from WRS has a nominal flow rate of 1–20 L/h, with a corresponding maximum outlet pressure of 10–1 bar. The pump’s output can be adjusted according to the pulse frequency switch. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before starting the pump, ensure:
- The power supply matches the pump specifications (1Ph 240V 50Hz or 1Ph 110V 60Hz).
- All connections are tight and leak‑free.
- The fluid type and viscosity are within the specified range (0.3–1000 cps).
- Ambient temperature is within –10 ℃ to +45 ℃.
- For outdoor use, the pump is protected from rain and direct sunlight.
To adjust the flow rate:
- Press the SET button to enter the configuration mode.
- Use the UP and DOWN buttons to select the desired flow rate (1–20 L/h).
- Confirm the setting by pressing SET again.
MAINTENANCE
- Regularly inspect the diaphragm for wear or damage (recommended every 6 months).
- Clean the inlet and outlet valves to prevent clogging.
- Check the tightness of all connections periodically.
- Ensure the pump head material is compatible with the fluid being pumped.
